UNIVERSITY OF IBADAN ISSUES IMPORTANT NOTICE TO STUDENTS ON CHANGE OF COURSE FORM, 2022/2023 ACADEMIC SESSION

I have the directive of the Examinations Officer to inform you that the “Change of Course form for the 2022/2023 academic session on is now available online Applicants are requested to print out the Form and take it to appropriate Faculties/ Departments for endorsement by the Deans and Heads of Departments concerned Final subission should thereafter be made to the Administrative Data Processing Unit (ADPuj at Exams, Records & Data Processing Division (ERA) The office will be open for submission of forms from Monday, August 28, 2023 toFriday, 29 September 2023.

Concerned students are requested to attach five (5) recent and identical passport photographs, photocopy of online course registration, photocopy of Departmental transcript and school Identity card. (See the attached Template)

Please note that there won’t be any extension of deadline for submission of the form.
